Hi can anyone tell me what they think of the 1.3 95hp multi jet if anyone owns one thanks

Hi, I have this model since june of 2013. I bought it as new one. Till today I made 21 thousands km. I am very satisfied. No problems at all, great consumption. If You have specific questions, feel free to ask me. :)

Hi thanks for the reply, just wondering what it's like sitting at 70 mph and fun factor compared to the twin air,

Hi, I have not been driving Fiat 500 with other engine, so I can not compare. But driving diesel engine is big fun in car like this. In summer 2013 I did a road trip from Slovakia to Nice and back. We were four adults in Fiat, two girls on the back seats and guys in the front. Car economy was great, I did 4,1 L/100km on the way to France and 4,3L on the way back. Car is very dynamic and I love to drive it every day. I´m using it mostly for highway driving to work and back. Great little car. :)

I'm sure you are already aware, there's enough out there to read, but make sure if you go down the diesel car route that the car is going to be suitable for your driving needs. Modern diesel cars bought for just pottering around town with no proper useage to help regenerate the DPF, can prove to be a poor purchase decision. I own a large diesel car myself (as well as a TA), but I live next to a motorway, so it gets a good blast if not daily, then certainly weekly. However a good healthy mix of both town and proper motorway running should help keep any issues at bay.

Till today I did not have any problem with DPF while driving in the city. I heard twice DPF regenerating but no control light in car. My father drives a BMW F20 118dA only in the city, so it means short distances, cold engine and during 50k kms had no problem with DPF.

it really depends how you drive it even in the town. I rented a BMW 116d efficient dynamics a few months ago, and even in the town I caned it from 1st to 3rd gear until I reached the London speed limit. The car felt fresh. So unless you are driving only in central London the diesel is just fine so long as you thrash it at least 1nce a week. You can to some extent thrash a car in central London up to 40 mph at least without attracting too much attention = )

In central London is driving like only on the first gear, especially on the supersport cars :) I have not been driving there, last time I was there, it was about 9 years ago with no driving licence. In Slovakia is capital city only just nothing compared to London driving :)
