Hi.. I've had my 1.3 TDI Lounge Diesel since Nov 2012, 2008 plate.

Since I've had it, it randomly looses power, this will stop for a week or so then comes back. I've had the car serviced etc and nothing apparent.

New gear box and flexi down pipe on the exhaust done also. (All issues I Arnold Clarke sorted for me)

I just didn't think of mentioning the loss of power.

Also the is a rattling noise coming from the rear drivers side -I am sure it's the petrol cap, as shakes whilst locked. I've taken everything out the boot, shaken the car and still can't find the the exact source.

There's also a squeak on the front passenger side, sounds like a rusty something.. The top strut mounts got replaced also in May

I've got another MOT and Service on the 29th.. Anyone got any ideas?

Don't know if the airbox is the same design, but have a look in the airbox and see if there's any water in there, very common with the multijet Panda
