Depends on how much you want to do. If you want to follow the theme there is always the Barbie accessory pack, otherwise there are decals for the outside. It comes down to what look you're trying to achieve

Don't you have the Barbie Pink one? Crikey, I wish that was my problem! I am getting the Sol Yellow one and having it decorated. That gorgeous pink would have been my first choice but no, we get a dirty washed out pink offered here....'sigh'Hey all....
Im looking for different ways to 'jazz' my fiat up, inside and out.

Personally I wouldn't advise doing anything, you've already got a car which is "eyecatching" and would be considered a bit tacky, putting extra bits on it is only going to make it look a bit silly (er) IMHO.
Well, a shrunken head of a meter maid dangling from the mirror would impress even me.

To be honest, with the car in THAT pink, you certainly do not want to touch the outside. The only thing I would do if I were the OP would be to get some custom leather seats made up in matching pink with white pipping.
