Honestly, I have no idea what this is - see picture below.

The block of foam is self-adhesive.

The bar-thing is flexible and has a gap in it, maybe so that a seatbelt can be threaded into it?

I'm pretty sure it's the coat hanger item that fits over the headrest bars. They come in black and ivory to match the ambience.

Thanks Steve - great result having an answer so quickly, very useful. Don't know why the foam is black and adhesive, but certainly it's great to know.

Ok, sorry, we've had that before, it's because you're in the northern hemisphere.

I wonder why this has the break in it, two hooks rather than one, and it's so ugly!

I would imagine you can hook one thing over one hook and perhaps a shirt on the other hook on a hanger?
