General Radio Code Fiat 500

Hi Guys !
Apologies if I am posting this in the wrong place, My Radio says please enter code ? I have no idea what the code is , I was never given one and can't find it in any paperwork anywhere. I don't even know why it is suddenly asking for this info ? unfortunately I had a bad experience with the local Fiat dealer , so I refuse to go there for help. If anyone can help me i'd really appreciate it. Thanks
