Hi

Sorry I am a bit stumped on this

Trying to Remove the Hood from the speedo area, figure I have to remove the steering column trim to get to the lower two screws on the hood

Have removed the 2 Phillips screws from the bottom of the column trim, and popped the clip on the left hand side,
But the right hand side (By the ignition barrel is being stubbon), has anyone got any tips for getting this off I don't want to break a clip

Cheers

Lol, it's not easy to remove is it.
Why did you remove it? Steering wheel swap? Leather instrument cowl cover?

I'm having the same problem as this today while trying to take the entire dash out. I've got to the steering wheel and videos I've seen on YouTube for US 500s has two holes to access the retaining clips on the airbag cowl itself, but my uk one doesn't. Even the Haynes manual seems to think it should be like that.

I'm thinking I need to get top and bottom cowling off of steering column, but I'm trying lots of different size torx screwdriver bits and can't find one to fit. It's very awkward as you are doing it from below. Someone has said Philips bit on here so will try that.

I'm at a standstill without getting this off!
