Twin air with no air con.

I have just ordered a brand new twinair from my local dealer which does not have air con, I have just looked on the website and it says that all twinairs have air con so wondered if anyone knew why mine may not have. I thought I would post on here before speaking to the dealer and would be grateful of any responses.

Re: Twin air with no air con.

Which TwinAir is it? A Pop? Or is it one of the standalone TwinAir/TwinAir+ models, both of which have alloys?

From memory the website does say that spec can change at anytime without warning and may not be upto date and accurate

Re: Twin air with no air con.

I thought it was a standalone twinair, it has black alloys/black interior and (although the dealer says he forgot to charge for these) b&m with the leather steering wheel. It is a car they have as stock so it has been configured for them but after looking it up on the Fiat website and noticing that it lacks aircon i thought i would ask you guys before seeing what the dealer says.

If it has black alloys these are unique to the 'Twin Air' model & 'Twin Air plus' so it should have Air Con. The B&Me is an extra on the 'Twin Air' model so if the dealer is not charging for this you have saved yourself about 500.

P.S. Note that the Twin Air plus has 16 inch as opposed to 15 inch alloys on the 'Twin Air'.

Re: Twin air with no air con.

Thanks for the replies, I phoned the dealer this morning and despite the salesman telling me it doesnt have aircon another salesman confirmed it does. I think I have a reasonable deal now especially with the free B&M and chequered roof ( bossa nova white car ) and can now look forward to picking it up next week thanks again for your replies.

Re: Twin air with no air con.

yes i have seen the car, but the salesman said no aircon so i 'assumed' he knew what he was talking about. it was only when i got home and checked that i saw it was standard equipment.

Re: Twin air with no air con.

Can I just add that for those of us new to Fiat we may not know things like where the a/c is as for most cars there is an on/off switch, forums can be helpful for us newbies to get to know how some things work so when replies such as "....." come in they are really not being very helpful.

Before you all jump on Flojo, it might be worth looking at the reason code on her post edit. I suspect she said something that later transpired to be obvious - so the '...' is probably not deliberate.
