Hi all, new to this forum & hoping someone can help me.
I have a problem with my fiat 500... i am getting a message on the dash display saying "fuel cut off unavailable" , at the same time this appeared the 2 airbag warning lights came on & the red light indicating passenger not wearing seat belt came on. I tried the trick in the manual re the indicators but this hasn't worked & have also looked in the manual if this is anything to do with the airbags but can't get any information on this. Really don't want to have to bring it to a garage if this can be sorted easily. I only have the car since May(2008 model)

Needs air bag ecu, internal fault

thanks Mal126... can you tell me what an ecu is? Does this mean bringing to a garage?

Its a large flightless bird. Wait a minute, that's an emu.

An ecu is an electronic control unit, and requires a garage visit - or a mobile auto electrician.
