Does anybody know where i can get white coloured bulbs for the DRL's id prefer them over the yellow ones as my main headlights and dipped beams are pure white but they came factory fitted so i haven't a clue where to get them from and i dont want to be stung by buying cheap knock off's off ebay, i saw this thread

https://www.fiatforum.com/500/169982-replacement-bulbs-drls.html

but the link in that doesn't really link you to the product just the site.

Any help would be greatly appriecated :)

I'm not sure if bulbs giving out a blueish light are legal or not but I think you will find that these particular bulbs are listed as being for off road use anyway.

Having said that I had them on my last 500 and also have a set ready to fit the new 500.

Cool thanks for that they look abit blue though and i thought blue lights weren't road legal.

The bulbs are blue glass in the packet, but they are white when on:)

I got some Polarg M13 bulbs from an eBay seller in the States for about a tenner.

They're much whiter in colour than the originals, and are the same wattage: 21/5w.

That's good, one of my PIAA bulbs has blown and I don't fancy paying £28 for a new set! They definitely fit then?

I paid $15 for the bulbs and postage too. They took about 10 days to arrive.

I'll take a picture tonight.

The DLRs are really easy to fit, took about 2 minutes for both. Unlike the main beams, which took me about an hour and some skin from my knuckles!

The opposite for me, took about 5 minutes for dipped beams, NS is an issue with the battery in the way. DLRs took my wife about an hour and some skin from her knuckles:(

My DRLs took about 5 mins each side to change. Skinny arms and skeletal fingers FTW :p
