I thought you were going for the diesel.

Worked out the numbers & it's not the right engine for the extra cost.

I thought you were going for non-Fiat?

I had a "moment" whilst looking at a non Fiat, which made me realise I love the shape of the 500.

But non of that matters, they have just come back with an offer, which was an insult. (£5000 px. not been offered under £7000 from other dealers.

Why not take the offer and sell your car privately?

Hmm, just had a call off the local Fiat dealer.

Basically I can get £900 of extras free of charge on a new 500 Pop for January only.

'Special Offers' have a habit of coming back; this is one of the oldest selling tricks in the book. I predict it won't be that long before the serious discounting of the 500 begins.

If you can get a fair private sale price for your old car, there'll most likely be a deal out there somewhere.

If that does happen we might be in the market for another 500 in 12-18 months but a used Bravo does seem quite tempting! :)

He's been sent away to get me a price, and if the price is right you'll see me driving around in a Tech house grey 500 1.2 soon.

The MiTo Sprint apparantly has £2000 worth of extra equipment over the Turismo model, but costs only £500ish more.

Obviously depends on your budget though, as MiTo's are generally more pricey than the 500.

Edit: the Multiair TCT isn't available on the Turismo, but compared to the cheapest spec it comes on (Lusso) it's around £400 cheaper on the Sprint.

The Sprint's main additions over the Turismo are Alloys, Fog Lights & Blue&Me, though there may be other bits too.
