Went looking at the weekend at new cars & finally sorted one.

A brand new £15,000 car, for £10,995, giving me £7000 for my 500 & 0% APR so we don't use our savings.

You know what, when it came to doing the deed, I couldn't do it. It's a cracking deal, but seeing the car sat there all clean both me & Mrs E decided "it's got to be another 500", which to be honest, shocked us both.

So it's going to be another 500 by the looks of it, an Abarth of a convertable, most likely the convertable as I'd go for the 95hp diesel as the cost of fuel is so stupid.

What were you looking at?

Glad you hadn't left the fold, so to speak Mark. I'd say go for abarth, but I'm biased ;) Although I now drive GPA I think that the 500 is still the most characterful/the best driving experience/unique car out there. Obviously I think that GPA is better looking...:p

I was looking at a Nissan Cube.

OK, now you have all stopped laughing, it fitted the bill really well being a "not the run of the mill Euro hatch" whilst having plenty of room, well, more room than the 500.

But it's looking like a F500C may be the way to go in the diesel engine flavour, tech house grey, red roof, red interior with white ambiance, unless the twinair proves more economical than first appearances
