Went past my local stealer today and they've got a volare blue 500 which I'm guessing is a twinair. I'm feeling completely rubbish at the moment but I might give it a go sometime :)

Everyone has one in the showroom. I would like to drive one for a couple of days and preferably one with a few miles on it.

Cheers

D
Its crackers, a willing punter and no one seems interested in selling you a car. No wonder the roads are full of Minis.

We had one a few years ago. When I phoned up for a brochure after a few days Mini UK were on the phone asking if the local dealer had been in touch yet, if I wanted a test drive etc etc.

On the other hand, I never told my dealer my name and he knew it from an enquiry for the Fiat website...... There are good dealers out there.

Indeed there are, mine arranged my test drive two days after they received their demo car and made me a coffee whilst the mechanic who had just finished the PDI took the car for a road test. He knew I wanted to have a drive before ordering and pulled all the stops out.

Consequently he got my order. (y)

ps. My local dealer who was also aware of my interest rang me over a week after he got the car in and said that it should be ready for a test drive in a few days. By then he had missed his chance.
