Spoke to the leasing company and they said my car should be at the dealer tomorrow!! apparently they then need to check it etc before I can have it? How long does that usually take? I've been v patient but now I know it's so close I want it now!! x

It's possible it can be done in half a day. But in reality your probably looking a around 2 days, if you rush them.

Depends on the dealerships policy. The actual work takes about an hour, but it depends on how busy the workshop is etc. We work a 5 day turnaround generally, but sometimes can get cars rushed through, if you are a special customer who the salesman has got along with very well.

As it's a lease car you are not just relying on how quickly the supplying dealer can get it ready, you also have to take into consideration how busy their transport department is (unless you're collecting directly from the supplying dealership?).

We often have Fleet cars sat for days (or even weeks sometimes) after we have finished prepping them waiting for a transporter to arrive to collect them.
