Technical Whistle Noise

My first post so forgive me if I get this wrong.
I have a Fiat 500 and there is a funny whistle noise that I think is coming from the front, it almost sounds like a tambourine. It's intermittent and only happens when I have my foot on the accelerator and will often stop when I brake. It is worse when I turn towards the right but only sometimes! I have had the brakes checked and they are only 45% warn and the suspension is fine. Any Ideas? Thanks.

Mine did this, has now stopped. Done 14,500 miles in mine .... it started when it was on about 11,000 miles.

It seems to be getting worse but it still only happens randomly. I've done 31,000 in mine and I think it started around the 20,000 mark. I'm going to have to take it to the garage and hope that what ever it is is covered by the warrenty! Thanks.
