The red ones, I want the red ones.... I may have mentioned this before but I want the red ones :)

Look good but white wheels on the A version = SS in my head and I'm not getting that kit.

16" Fiat Alloys DEFINITELY weigh more than 14" steelies. I don't know weights but let me put it this way.... I could carry two steelies with tyres no problem, with the alloys I thought I was going to give myself a flipping hernia......

Interesting!! Never taken the wheels of the fiat, but I have a set of steel 14 inch wheels for the old alfa and have had 3 sets of 14 inch alloys ( a set of ATS, and the replica GTA's, as well as a set of Speedlines for the alfa 155) and they where all considerably lighter than the steelies. The ATS was I was able to lift up onto a false garage roof with out really thinking about it, no wonder the person I gave them too, was impressed by there lack of weight, he had an Alfa 156 GTA with modern 17 inch alloys on.

Well a friend explained it to me like this.

Modern OEM alloys are there for looks and strength. If you want light you have to go for a rim like the OP but IMHO it's not going to be strong so if you hit a big pothole or whack a kerb you're going to buckle a rim OR you need to go for some magnesium wheels which will be light, strong and EXPENSIVE. I'll take some pictures of my 16" rims to show you just how chunky they are if I remember, there's a lot of metal there.

Did I mention that IainG GPS will soon have some rims for sale? Dude, if you want to sell your rims post in the classified section and stop trying to advertise them in here......

Cheers Dude when I want your advice I will ask next time:worship:

That is pretty interesting.

It means there made outwith the Panda/500/Ka factory and then imported in.

The Panda 100HP alloys are made in house in Poland.

OT, but what the hell does outwith mean? I used to work for Arnold Clark, and they were all scots, and that seems to be a word made up and used solely north of the border. Its OUTSIDE.

</rant> :)

Nice set of wheels there mate, quite similar to my momo's

mine are 17's and now lowered 30mm evenly fill the arches, not the best pic for the arch gapping
