You have posted the Blaupunkt and Fiat part numbers for the radio, you need to post the serial number. For your radio, the serial number will be something like BPX389XXXXXXXX It may be stamped into the side of the radio.

Hi Davren,

Sorry this is the first time I used this forum, please advise if i need to make a donation for getting the code?

Cheers

Hi, my radio yesterday asked me for a code - and I have no idea what it is!

Are you able to help me with it? I'm happy to pay a donation Davren if that's what's required - how much of a donation does it require?

Many thanks

Edit to say: It is a 2008 Fiat 500 Pop that I have

If you post all the numbers from the back and sides of the radio, I'll let you know if I can get the code.

Whatever you think it's worth.

Ok, thanks.... what do you mean the back and sides of the radio, which numbers? Do I have to detach the radio from the dash to get at these?

Thank you

Yes.... you need to take the radio out of the dash.

Hi,

OK - i've managed to get the radio out, and there's a whole heap of numbers and codes!

From the top:
There's a barcode, with Fiat 312 MPs SB05 written next to the numbers:
71440057027

On the side, another barcode.
BLAUPUNKT GMBH
815BP638389524446

Fiat 312 MP3 SB05
7 646 383 316 034505

Another sticker next to a picture of a circuit board:
BP -Nr
7 646 383 316
Fiat Nr.
735 452 484 0

And on the back of the unit, embossed numbers:
8 635 133 056
DC 01 (cant make out the next two, maybe ZF) 25/25

Is that any good?

Also - the radio display has been saying 'Radio Blocked/Wait' since I put the wrong code in by mistake yesterday, how long does this take to clear? Or can I just pull out the power to it, reconnect it and see if it's cleared?
Thanks!

I can get the code for your radio.

https://www.fiatforum.com/donations.php

Do not use the anonymous option to donate.

To clear the blocked/wait message, you need to leave the radio and ignition switched on continuously until the display shows " CODE " then " - - - - " then enter the correct code. If you've only tried a wrong code once, it should only take 10 minutes but the waiting time doubles for each wrong code attempt up to 24 hours.
