Had my 500 since September and am delighted with it. One problem I have had is with the telephone. Within a couple of days of taking delivery of the car the microphone decided to pack up. I recently took it back to the garage to get it fixed. That is now working but have now noticed that when calling a number the ringing tone is almost silent as is the internal female voice. Any ideas how I can correct this? It of course gets loader if I use the + key on the steering wheel but I did not need to do this initially.

On the stereo menu you'll find an option for "External Volume" increasing this will up the volume from B&M Voice & Phone Call etc.
