they totally acted like it was the normal outcome. this cannot be considered as difference in the tone, it's a whole new hue. after some argument finally the manager came to take a look and spotted the difference. i don't understand, it's almost impossible not to see it.

I don't think my eyes are good enough to judge this on my laptop screen. However I can confirm that I cannot see a colour difference on my car from when it had to be touched up/repainted following the incident.
If you are not happy then get them to do it again.

Maybe the problem is you think your pearl paint is called Bossa Nova White and not Funk White.
It looks like the pearl coat is missing on the repaired panel. Did they use BNW on it by mistake?
Can someone else tell durukan his pearl white paint is called is Funk White? - he doesn't believe me.
