I just bought one via auctionwatch (y)
and am asking my dealer to fit it (when the car:( turns up)
is it any good???
or do i need a clifford.:bang:

AFAIK there is nothing wrong with the Fiat alarm but it does need to be fitted correctly by a qualified person as it is the fitting as much as the alarm itself that gives it Thatcham Cat 1 status.

The only thing I have heard bad about it is the style of the sensors inside the cabin, apparently they are a little intrusive. Perhaps that is something that can be corrected by a skilled fitter.

They've got immobilisers. If someone is going to steal the car and go around the immobiliser an alarm will be childsplay. Personally I wouldn't bother and this view is shared by 99% of people here.

hi
i have one to fit when the weather gets better,it says plug and play,noooo you have to drop the main frame ecu and splice into cables,under bonnet siren looks easy to connect up but we will see.
also the instructions are for a left hand drive car not a right hand car.only cost £79.00 of fleabay thou
