Yaaaay - got the call this afternoon and I pick him up on Tuesday!
Mine only took 10 weeks and 3 days
I'm so excited now and can hardly wait! Going to have a look at him tomorrow, will get the reg.number on Monday and collect on Tuesday.
I know he will be worth the wait - in actual fact it will only be 10 weeks and 6 days which doesn't seem so bad - now that he's arrived that is - I certainly wasn't so cheery about it a few weeks back!!
Not too bad considering a lot of people are waiting longer, not to mention the poor 500c owners

Congrats to you tooyaaaay too - we got a call friday to say we can pick ours up monday 4pm !!
it'll have taken 12 weeks and 2 days !! that all felt like 2 years.
was worried i was going to have to wait till october.
dealer was suggesting pick up on wednesday but no, no, no fiat head office leaned on them quite a bit.

To be fair convertibles are probably more use in winter when it's dry and crisp. Too rainy during summer and probably too hot anyway.

but i will definitely be taking tons of photos. i haven't been able to go have a sneaky look at it yet, it's too far to walk and i'm stingy when it comes to buses.

I got a call last week as well ! My 500C which was ordered on January 16th at the Flagship store in London has now arrived in the UK and has a Reg.
Is this one of the first to be delivered to a customer ?? Ambient White, Black leather, Black ambience, red roof.
I should get my hands on it by next weekend,. Can't wait !!
I've only seen one other one on the road myself. People can order cars that have not yet been launched and put their name down if they want to. I heard of people putting orders down for the 500 Abarth back last year a full 12 months or so before it was even announced. It's all speculation when you don't actually know the model exists though..... I wouldn't do it myself.January! Thought I had waited a long time since April
Am curious how did you manage to order in January when 500c was only launched at Geneva in March?
On this forum there have been a couple of lucky folk who already have their hands on a 500c. Haven't seen any on the road myself and my dealer hasn't had any in yet for his customers. At least yours is finally in the country and hope you do manage to get it by next weekend.
