The tracks should be copied directly onto the stick and NOT within any folders of any sort as I found this caused problems with mine.
Cheers
Sort of makes the voice command "Folders" somewhat superfluous.

i have a sandisk cruiser and that works fine also my i pod works fine (all track's are mp3 format) although the car doesnt seem to like my 160gb one even though the music files are the same ones as on my 8 gb ipod although i recon its because the big one has games and video files on it aswell. when you put you'r mem stick into you'r pc click on properties for the stick and check it's formatted in fat32 (which you have already done) b&m manual recomend's this format then drag a few songs to it and try it from there. its worth having a look at the bit rate of you'r song's you can do it on itunes right click and select sample rate it should bring up a new colum showing the rate of evry song i would get rid of any that are low (below 128). but as said before virtually any stick you buy should work fine i think the dealer is using it as an excuse not to do anything tbhI never got one with my welcome pack
Can you tell me some makes of memory sticks that you have and find are working ok? Currently I have a Sandisk.

, similarly there should be no other files on the usb stick other than music, any other file types (pdf etc) can cause problems.
Tried a Sandisk cruiser 16gb and a hp 8gb stick, neither work, I just don’t get the aux or media options in blue & me. Odd thing is I know the USB port is working, as I ran a blue and me v10 update using a 128mb and 1gb stick.
Media sticks are full of MP3’s in folders. Anyone know what characters are not allowed in file names…
