Just a quick post to say that I went to a Fete today and had to park on the grass, and I kept on hearing a knocking noise when I went over bumps. When I got back onto the tarmac I still found that I had a knocking noise when I went over holes in the road.
I have finally found out after alot of looking around to find that the very small parcel shelf in the back seems to jump a little when going over these bumps.

I might have to get some velcro to stop it jumping as I see that the 500 does not have string attached to the boot door.

Sorry a bit of a random post, but I thought I would share it with you guys.

Booklady would love to meet up for the NFM, have completed your poll!
:D

I've got a noise like a very small bird chirrupping intermittently in my 500. Its coming from the back but I havent had the energy to try and figure out what is doing it, albeit its definetly not a trapped sparra!!!!

I had one coming from the rear and it was my leather seats,i put some velcro(soft bit) along the bottom of both back rests(where it touches the base) and down the centre of each backrest where they touch each other. Oh and also a little bit on the metal that the seat clip latches onto when you flip them back into place.

look behind the seat it is a diamond backed rattle snake for sure.
