I've got a Thule roofbar kit that I used on my old Mini One, to get it to work with the Fiat 500 it's just the foot kit that needs swapping. I'm going to use it on my wife's 500 pop with all-metal roof.
However it won't go on a 500 with the glass roof as it uses a clamping system that I think would shatter the glass when you tightened it, I've got a glass roofed 500 by Diesel coming and researched this a while ago.
The weight a glass roof could support would be in question too, I'm sure a system could be developed using the windscreen pillars and rear pillars for support mounts but it doesn't exist at the moment, if you were desperate you may be able to get one fabricated that doesn't put any weight on the glass roof but that would be a last resort.
The only option that may be open to you is a rear rack mounted on the boot.
Sorry!
