We are happy with the 1.2 and while we like the azure colour, very nice when you can keep it clean, we would have loved to have had the opportunity to have chosen Ye Ye green.

Actually the title of this thread is reminiscent of the form often taken by american newspaper headlines... e.g. Man kills dog, self.
Mod Blue and Jive Blue have been replaced by New Orleans Blue, so there is still a blue available but it's not as retro as the others and therefore not as cool.

Good try, but no it was actually the green I wanted but hubbie persuaded me to buy the FW! I've never gone for the 'free' colour on a new car.
If I bought a 500 now, it would be yellow, with red leather and a diesel engine.

Red leather and yellow dash :yuck: would be a little too much for me i'm afraid.
I was originally going to go for BNW as I didn't really want to pay extra, but then everyone 500 I saw was BNW so I decided that I would spend a bit extra.
Really like yellow, but wanted ivory amb, so that was out. Love the orange, but would also have been very happy with Ye Ye or Jive - would struggle to choose a 500 these days as I don't really like any of the colours they have left.

I am still happy with my dark metallic blue (mod blue?) and the 1.4, but I wish I had gone for the leather, but then it would have had to have been the black with red leather.
Still quite happy with it after 11,700 miles after 50 weeks. I expect to have added another 1000 miles between now and the 1st service as I am going away next week in it, but it still wont be anywhere near the 18,000 miles.
