I took my car in to get looked at as my Mic on the Blue & Me stopped working.. and then the Head Unit stopped playing CD's (Regular CD's)

Just got the car back and they have ordered a new mic for the Blue & Me (I think this is quite common - Ive seen a few threads here - but i thought it was an early model issue ? - Ive only had mine since last November!!)

The second worrying thing is that they had to order a replacement head unit as its broken!! Never head any issues with this before ?
