So I'm seriously thinking about a 500 Lounge and went along to the dealer for a look and fell in love with these beautiful red leather seats I found in a car they had in showroom...

Thing is can I really justify finding another £650....? Has anyone else had similar problems?

I was the same with my A500. I loved the red leather, looked soooooo good, but the standard seats looked good as well + it's always cold 'oooop north' so the coldness of the leather would start to get on my nerves after a bit!

I think I read somewhere that the leather seats are also the sport seats which bigger bolsters and generally more supportive & comfortable, so worth it just for that really :)

Got the red leather in a Punk Grey 1.2 Lounge, and loveeee it. It's amazing. And when you consider what other carmakers charge for leather seats, it's a bit of a bargain.

Very comfortable seats nonetheless, I remember when we test drove one with the lounge cloth seats, but the leather just makes the inside of ours, it's great. Oh, and the nice smell! (unless you don't like the leather smell) ;-)

Yup, opt for leather on a lounge and you get sports seats which adjust slightly lower and, for me anyway, are more comfortable. Love the leather smell, easy to clean, look great.... go for it!

There have been problems with the leather sagging, it happened to me, but you notice it within a few weeks and Fiat seems fine with sorting it. My guess is this was only a problem on some earlier cars and they're fine now.
