As the title suggests I have a question about what petrol and oil people use. Is it worth paying the extra for the higher octane petrol e.g. V power.

Also what oil to people use?

Try doing a search, petrol and oil choices have fired many a long debate on here before lol!
 
Glad you asked this as my oil needs topping up after 9000miles/6months. I have an unopened litre bottle of Mobil high performance 10w/40 synthetic oil at home. Can I bug this in or does it have to be 5w/40?

I would recommend using the same oil when topping up never mix especially on new engines. It wont do too much damage but why bother when oil is cheapish
