Hi guys, i posted on here a few weeks ago asking wether anyone had fitted a chip tuning box to there 500 multijet diesel, well i ordered oner and have now fitted it, very very easy to fit, took me about 5 minutes , didnt even have to remove the engine cover to get to the common rail plug, result!

The car is now much more spritely, accellerating with ease and pulls uphill in fifth gear no problems at all where as before it required a change down to fourth. overall for 95 quid well worth it. report finished:)

Interestingly they are both sold under the CRD tag. The Ebay one looks very basic compared to the one in the link I post near the begining of this thread. I wonder if they should be trading using CRD in the product name???

Neither of them has enough part costs to warrant the individual prices charged.

Just my 4 pennyworth.

dunno their price only know red dot charge £199 as thats where most of the forum go.
search the forum for angel tunning an a price might show up
yes some dealers check, even if you have a map removed before taking it in its still logged in ecu as having been there. but it still wont in validate warranty work not related to the mod
