I've got a couple of stone chips on my 500's bonnet, one of which has gone through to the metal, though it is still pretty small.

So I phoned up my local Fiat dealer, to find out if they have any touch up pens in, only to be told that they haven't got any in and aren't even sure whether Fiat have released any touch-up pens/sticks for the 500. I then phoned Fiat Customer Services to be told that Fiat have released some touch up pens for some colours but not all, and she couldn't tell me whether Pasadoble red was one of them.

I find it all pretty strange, as the 500 was released in July 2007, and launched in this country almost a year ago. Surely other pasadoble red 500 owners in the world must have had a stone chip by now?

Have any of you, who have a pasadoble red 500, managed to get a touch up pen/stick, and if so, from where? Or can anyone suggest an alternative (that doesn't involve a full bonnet respray) ?

I ordered a touch up stick for my 500 (orange, not red) & the dealer had in within 2 days. I would ask you dealer to order one, it sounds like they just don't know if they can get one (rather than knowing they can't).

If there isn't one available then you can always get the dealers bodyshop to mix a pot for you. I had a pot of Bossa Nova made up for my bambino and it cost £5. It had a small brush on the pot lid too:) It took 10 minuites to mix it.

I have already ordered a pasodoble red touch up pen from my dealer. You just need to mention the color code of your car which is 111 in our case. It cost around 6£

Hope it helps!

I bought one (colour code 111) from my local dealer so they must excist. Price here was 20 euros!

are these touch up paints any good? ive got the same problem...my mate smacked my door into a barge thing grrr. so the edge of the door has gone into the metal it seems:(.it is small but god its annoying.

i was going to get the broom yellow one from fiat as they have exact code and the touch up kits from halfords.

Part number for the Funk White touch up pencil is 71804085 if anyone is interested.
