In both cases the seller has no feedback and has only recently registered (December)

There is a section of the add in English as well, personally I would be VERY cautious.

Yeah, its bizarre. I'm in the market for a Fiat Panda 2003 onwards to build into my race car and I thought I'd have a look at lhd Pandas from the continent thinking they'd be cheaper. They're not. They're not cheaper by a fair margin. A 2003 1.2 here is about 2-2.5k. Over there its twice that which is why the 500 prices were a bit of a surprise.

True second hand prices in Italy are generally very high and yes the Panda holds its value really well. I ended up buying a 1998 Punto to use during my stays in Italy as the newer Panda's were too expensive.
