General my 500 is here but with a cracked glass roof

After 7 months of wait (one of the many downsides of living to my country), my 1.2 lounge dualogic is here.
An unpleasant surprise was waiting me when i went to the dealership yesterday to pickup the car. The car was prepared for the delivery to me (washed etc) and they noticed that there is a small crack on the glass roof
I will upload photos later today.

They told me that they have ordered the replacement glass and should be here in a week and there is no reason that i shouldnt pick up my car. It was the first 500 that had that kind of damage :bang:

Other than that, the car cannot be described with words. As clarkson said on Top Gear, it makes you happy. Its just awesome.
What i liked was the smoothness of dualogic in auto mode. I mean, i have read some horror stories with dualogic and honestly i have found it so far great.
Just one question for u guys: did ur car came with a blue and me manual?

Yes I got a blue and me manual with the car. Did you get a manual for the dualogic?

I have a 1.2 sport with dualogic and had major issues with it early on. It has been fixed but I don't think it's perfect. I wonder if they have made any changes to the ECU.....

yup, i got the manual for dualogic. But no manual for blue and me. Ι will ask the dealer.
Havent used it for a long time ( i actually have it only 1 day ) but the gear changes on automatic seemed to me and my 2 other passengers super smooth.

news update. Engine could not start up. It suddenly died. Dualogic failure appeared. I couldnt change gear and there was no way to start it up.
It was moved to service.

and yes, i am one more dualogic victim.
The service reported a dualogic ecu failure. They should expect a replacement in about 10 days.

Its such a shame about these dualogics... they have never been reliable but its a great system thats fatally flawed.

you should have got 2 blue and me manuals 1 is the full manual and the other is the quick start guide
