If you have switched from petrol to diesel and are worried you may put the wrong fuel in !!

I switch between petrol and diesel cars quite regular. Can't say it's ever been an issue for me. Even when I've came from driving nothing but diesels onto driving petrols for a while and vice-versa.

Guess they don't do a petrol one because the diesel nozzle won't fit in a petrol filler pipe.

I use both and just make sure I have the right coloured nozzle before starting.

I thought that this was going to be about the huge price drop in petrol bit of a kick in the nuts for going from petrol at £1.16 to a diesel at £1.10 and petrol now down to 97p

Had no problems filling her up with the wrong fuel tho, only filled up once mind :slayer:

Thought it might be useful for some not all of us thats why i posted it.

I've switched from petrol to diesel and Lola is my 1st diesel car and I've been particularly paranoid about filling up with the wrong fuel that, I double check and possibly triple check that I've selected the right nozzle. The only problem I have is getting the diesel cap open and closed........it's so embarrassing! :doh:

We've only fueled up twice so I guess I just need a bit more practice
