MY 500 is definitely female. I feed her exclusively on expensive V-power petrol, treat to regular washes, surprise her with an induction kit, remapping and new shoes (tyres).

And she's currently giving me the cold shoulder for no obvious reason. Any attempts to figure out whats wrong get met with the automotive equivalent of NOTHING!

Cars are definitely female. A male car would have punched me the wallet briefly and we'd be best mates again by now.

Yeah, ok... I don't give my cars names either - I started all this because of forum users calling theirs "their Bambino" or with male names... (AND guess what, I was referring in particular to Bungol from Rainbow but my post below magically changed to "Godfrey"!! Have I hurt someone's feelings??? Sorry! Let's see what it changes to next: Bungol Bungol Bungoooolllll!!!! :ROFLMAO:)

My favourite is a "ta'll skinneeee latteeii"" (read: watery, overmilky, bad imitation of italian coffee with completely made up italian name, as drank by londoners). Makes me cringe and chocke on my espresso (proper italian breakfast: 1 espresso, 2 fags).

Porlus, I'm not a capricorn but I'm as bad or worse than you... How about people writing "there" and "its" instead of "their" and it's"...

Hei beepbeep, in this country men DO wear skirts...

And guess what, you don't really know when to let it drop, do you!

It was MAGICALLY changed by the section moderator! Do you have issues with that, or what a person decides to call 'their' car? :)

Personaly I have never give any cars a name since I was a child. However if someone has just paid £10,000 for a car I think the've earned the right to call it whatever they want.

A big shiny Well done to the first person who sees what I did there. :chin:

You are right Rob, I did start a silly tread- it must have been the bad weather at the bank holiday weekend, I was bored. I'll drop it shall I?

Sorry to those I have annoyed...

Now, where is that little car... a few more days... ;)

Ours is called Benny because my young son said it was "Molto Bene"
(We learned a little of the language for our trip there in 2006.)
I suppose it could have been called Bella, but no-one suggested it.

Tony.
