I Know its a bit of a 'love it or hate' colour, but how many of you out there have a Punk grey 500? We have as you can see, and love it - but we are yet to see another one........Interested to see how many there are out there...! :p

I wasn't sure about it, having not seen on in the flesh I decided against it.

What ambience have you gone for?

ordered it as a stock car without having seen the colour, i then proceeded to find it on the net and absolutely shat myself....

anyway, car turned up 2 weeks ago and looks superb, what do you think:

Looks very good, waiting to actually see one in the flesh, so to speak..
Quick question, what are those 5 square blocks on the rear just above the bumper, are they a cheap version of rear parking sensors.:)

ps. Make sure they stick the number plates on rather than use screws if it is not to late.

I have seen one in the flesh at my dealer. It's a real Morris Minor type colour. I really like it but my wife made gagging noises. ( She knows nothing ).
There was also one in Ye Ye Green with green tint winows. That really looked the dog's you know whats.

They look like foam blocks to me!

Yup They are Foam Blocks. They put them on all cars when they are dispatched from the factory, they protect the cars from getting any scratches or other damage, if just in case they bump into something during transportation. You can remove them.

I have had them on my earlier cars as well !!

Hi Dawesy, sorry I have Bossa Nova. When we ordered our car there were only three colours of demonstrator to see in the metal, and played it safe with flagship white.

Having now seen them, I do like the punk grey and ye ye green. They give the 500 a very retro look.

Mini did a similar colour called Yukon grey in the 1990's - it was very popular, looked ever so good with dark red leather.

Well done Fiat for being brave enough to pull it off.

Punk grey was my second choice!! Dealer had one in the showroom after I had chosen yellow and I did a bit of wish I had chosen the grey as it looked sooo nice but was too late to change and I do love my yellow, but if I ever buy another one it would be Punk grey with the vintage leather :)
