It's the upgraded sound system, which a lot of people on here rave about.

Update - in case anyone is interested - on the buzzing noise and the clunky clutch.

Heat shield has been eliminated & clutch bushes have been changed, but to no avail. So someone from Fiat is going to look at it tomorrow

In the mean time I'm enjoying the 100bhp Panda - handling is just amazing

Evening all - got the car fixed now

The clunky clutch is caused by play in the splined shaft in the clutch - now changed (six hours labour ).

And the bee-against-glass buzzing at 2,500rpm was caused by some kind of pump 'alignment' - bloke from Fiat UK arrived with complex stethascope type apparatus to find it but didn't say too much about what he'd done unfortunately.

nah it was at the garage - only a few doors down though actually

they come out to dealers when the tech need a little help with something

not sure about pump alighnment lol no pumps under the car one in the tank that's it

i was thinking txu valve at first for air con if you have it or again resonances coming from clutch hydraulics maybe that's what he meant buy pump

were i work we have an electronic stethascope with 6 mic's all wired and a box with earthones and a switch

you can clip them all over the car bring the wires in and road test switching between them all

it's very usefull for finding noises

i use it also in the shop cliped to the end of say a screwdriver to probe things and listern to them

also i like your pictures quite a professional photographer
