Interesting, makes sense from a cost sharing perspective, and helps BMW hit targets on CO2, etc. I guess margins are tighter on small cars so any sharing helps make it commercially viable.


Fiat and BMW joined forces in my house some time ago in an effort to bleed me dry of all spare cash....

Fancy BMW using one of their own names for a change, very refreshing, maybe proving their MINI isn't very "mini" after all!

I went Bubble Car museum at Cranwell last friday - well worth a visit. There are around 80 cars (including a few Fiats). The owner seemed quite interested in my Sei Abarth so I offered to swap it for his mint green messerschmitt but he declined.

bmw n peugeot r allready sharing engines i had a 57reg 207vti in gold its the same engine as the mini cooper on friday ill be the proud owner of a grande punto t-jet ;-)
