thanks, Im looking into some minilites... hopefully they can help me as no one else has been able to as yet. They cast the wheels themselves so can put any reasonable pitch in them. I think I might have to use rings on centre bore though, which is OK.
Be great to find out the dimensions, can get going then!:)

Thanks, but I need the width i.e 6"J etc... and the exact offset of the std 15" wheels. Theres not a lot of room for error between the front tyre and suspension upright... maybe Ill have to wait till I actually get my 500 and measure it all.

AAARRRGGGHHH! How many times do I need to say... I do not want wobbly bolts/adaptors or any other bodge... I want 98mm wheels that fit, all I need is some dimensions and even Fiat cant/wont tell me:(
end of rant!

calm down dear, just haing a little chat of our own, i know you dont, thats why your getting some one to make some, could be a little gratefull:(

meantime, ill keep searching for you;)

sorry, but everytime I mention this someone keeps posting a link to a certain shop that hasnt been able to help:( I am grateful, honest. I just cant believe that I cant find out the info I need without actually having a wheel to measure up.

Fair enough :) Just that I thought adaptors are probably a better way to do things than wobbly bolts :) Adaptors are hardly a bodge either.

I've only seen one 500 with minilite-esque wheels, looks pretty good

Had some bad news re the wheels, it seems Minilite no longer produce the wheels for the modern FWD layout anymore due to a lack of demand:( Shame they still advertise them on their website... they have a batch of 17s left and thats it:(
Looks like Im back to square one again, so far non of the custom made aftermarkets to actually properly fit the 500 appeal:( Maybe Ill stick with the originals.

try http://www.superlite-wheels.com/ or buy a set of BMW MINI ONE minilight style alloys e.g. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/BMW-MINI-ALLO...tcZphotoQQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

you will need 'wobblies' though as they are PCD100
