Sorry to hear that Jim...sounds like it happens to a lot of us...I'm waiting with baited breath for a ding to appear on mine. What's annoying is that I usually park far far away from the other traffic at the supermarket and take up 2 spaces (far enough away so it doesn't annoy anyone) but still people somehow manage to park next to me!

I dunno, must be some sort of innate herd mentality or something.

Also the problem with parking next to an 80 grand car at the supermarket is that when you get back it's usually been replaced by a dusty old ford KA or some such monstrosity...

We have been known to travel miles out of our way to go to one particular supermarket that has a few 'single' spaces ... and also to drive away if we couldn't park in them!! How sad is that!!!???

There is always a takeaway for food (but try telling the cat that, although he is found of a chicken tikka!)

Yeah, that's always the way with these things. Like every day I park the panda out the front of the shop and nothing ever happens to it and it's had such a hard life (like it's been crashed into a Fiat Dealers in Spain, hitting 2 brand new cars, fallen off the back of a dump truck in Africa and shipped across the atlantic twice and still looks respectable!) and the one day that I bring the 500 it gets a thump on the rear wing... You gotta laugh or you'd cry, lol!

Anyway, that's me 500-less again as it's back in the main dealers... Nope, nothings went wrong! It's getting some new graphic that say

500 CHALLENGE and Northern Ireland Italian Motor Club

Well... Got some good news!



Covering your 500 in dealer stickers does have some benifits as Mervyn Stewarts in Belfast have offered to fix the ding for free! See, there are nice FIAT dealers!


Just got the latest graphics on (the old ones peeled badly cause they got applied to such new paint so didn't stick too well.... ) so at least everyone will know where the hell we're from this time!

Well, I'm going to be over on Sunday thou Tuesday with the car in England so maybe there's someone with a FF sticker that they can give me if they meet up with me?
