Hey Slim, read about your pick up on Saturday. Shame about the paintwork - good luck with that. We have a slight dent in the edge of a door, not sure whether it's too annoying or not.. it might be when the excitement (eventually) wears off. The last two days have been a blur! Anyway . . glad you have a face ache too! What 500 (colour, etc.) did you get?

Not sure I could cope with a dent but then I am very finicky !! Still got face ache lol, loving the car and everything about it, cant believe a car can do that do you lol:). I have pics up of mine on the members pics section under LUVBUG(i think) she is a 1.2 lounge. Her name is now 'BB' . What colour,spec is yours? any pics you can post??
Might be worth mentioning the dent if you havent already just in case it starts bugging you ;)

thanks am so excited so cant belive have been waiting since launch day but at least am one of the lucky ones who is taking delivery (feel sorry for you guys having to wait)

Didnt think of tommorow been april fools dayhope its not all gonna be a bad dream.

If i was you would tell them about the dent asap you paid loads of money and your baby should be perfect.

Will gets the pics up asap after have picked her up

That's OK, we all have 500 brain overload! I just found pics of your LUV-ly yellow baby too ... very nice. Only seen one other in our dealers, very bright and cheery in the flesh, like it. :)

well picked her up yesterday and have decided to call her Belle, the pick up was great thanks Kris at Piccadilly in Waki.

Took her to scarborough and gave her a good 200 mile run and she drives like a dream love the high seating position and love the glass roof :D:D

will get some pics on asap as the ones have done so far are too big :(

Only thing am not sure about is the noise from the left handside of the car when i brake (anyone else noticed this?)

Anyway gotta go work :(

but at least i get to go there in my little baby (y)(y)
 
I also got mine from PDH in Hassocks pick it up tomorrow well if insurance documents get here today or tomorrow. I brought my first car from the one in Worthing and they were really helpful too. Can't wait :D

Got ours yesterday too, but have only done 28 miles so far,but boy have they been a fun 28 miles. Been getting loads of looks. Going out for a long drive Thursday night. (we'll see how good the headlights are!)

Clemo Fiat/Daihatsu/Citroen in Cleckheaton W.Yorks have been really great, the car looks fab and can find no faults at the moment. Keith at Clemo who dealt with my order went through all the dash controls and settings with me, and throughout the whole process has always returned my calls and emails, They are definitely a dealer I'd recommend. We even got a big bunch of flowers, which we've given to the other half's mum.

Weather permitting this weekend, we'll take some photos and try and post them. Not decided on a name for def yet, but probably Bepe, maybe Luca.

Forgot to mention regarding waiting to put private plate on.. got my log book back today (within a week). So I can get to DVLA tomorrow with all the transfer stuff and get my plates put on. Hope you are enjoying being '08 - will you put yours on straight away?
 
well i got my log book yesterday for the 08 and have just got to wait for the certificate to come through for my plate as soon as it comes it will be going on :D

question for you when you break do you have a strange noise that comes from the passenger side? dunno if am just looking for problems lol...!

i think maybe all us 500 owners should arrange to meet up somewhere and compare cars (y)

waht a sight that would be all those 500s together :D
