Just wondered if anyone has had any dealings with dealers near York and if so is there one that stands out giving good service or am I asking too much! The nearest one to me is Pickering then I think Harrogate and Wrenthorpe/Wakefield will be similar distance I suppose it doesn't matter where you buy it from as we would have it serviced at my local reliable garage. I am just a bit worried about the poor reputation the Fiat dealers seem to have and i am hoping one of these is a good one. :D

I got my Stilo at the Piccadilly garage in Knaresborough. Nice and friendly etc. Plus its an Alfa garage too, so you get to drool and dream lol.
You know the old Dixon garage opposite the old Asda (now the range). Well thats a Fiat garage now isnt it ??

Hi Porlus would the knaresborough garage be classed as the Harrogate dealer? I am sure it will be, that's good to know is it near the Toyota dealer? Do you mean the range at monks cross? If so it doesn't come up on the fiat website under dealer locater! It is good to know you have had a good experience with K/borough thanks for that.

Hi Andy

Its Fiat Piccadilly at Knaresborough. Dont think its got anything to do with Harrogate. Its part of the mini chain of dealers the Wakefield on belongs to (other garage is in Ripon, but is mainly Kia)
Yeah thats correct bud, the Range is at Monks Cross. My mum and Dad drove past the other day and told me they got 500's in the window :D .Reason its not on the Fiat website is its only been up and running a few days.

Oh nice one porlus I wonder if it's a decent dealer!!!!!!! Are you getting a 500? It would be the first Fiat Linda has owned as I would have always said in the past don't buy a Fiat as their reputation wasn't great but I am sure things have changed a lot and it is a lovely little car.

Are you getting a 500?.

Have a look at my signature mate ;) . Getting one as a company car, with a shed load of options. Only have to pay the tax on it per month :)
This 500 will be my 4th Fiat. I have had a Bravo, 2 stilos in the past. I just love them really. So much character compared to the German cars. I owned 2 German (well almost) cars, a Seat Ibiza cupra diesel and a Seat Leon 2.0 tfsi sport. Quality cars, but my god, really boring to drive lol. Got another Stilo and all was happy again (y)

Aye them smarts are pretty quirkey :D. An ex German girlfriend of mine had a diesel one. Everytime we went on the Autobahn she got some crazy looks whilst overtaking BMW's and Mercs lol
