does anyone know when the 500 is due to hit the showrooms?.

Its been a long hard job, but at last she has agreed to go and look at the 500.

it's either jan or feb 2008, hmm, possibly cuter looking, but so far all the reviews of the same drivetrain in both cars heavily favour the panda

Just seen the first one being prepared for photo shoot in right hand drive and been told it will be crushed afterwards.

8pm january 21st.

i'll be glad when the launch is out of the way - all the various time and wordplays on '500' that fiat are using, whilst novel orginally, are getting more than a little tedious now!

here's hoping they'll shut the f*** up for 500 hours after the launch - though i doubt it!

Don't worry after launch expect the advertising to be on other models.
From old years night till launch tho it's gonna be heavey.

They didn't stick that much to it. Otherwise we would have to wait for another 450 years for the launch.

Looks are a matter of taste I fully agree with but to give a honest opinion on a car its needs to be driven.

No I havent driven one yet but friends have (who have given honest opinions...good & bad) & I have read through the workshop manuals,i'll reserve my judgement till after a few days driving the car which is in next fortnight......perk of the job;-)

some lucky £$%^&%s have had a look and a ride in a rhd onealready.Some dealers seem to have been getting them in the Midlands since last Thursday.

Dont think you can go and buy one tho - just 4 display purposes but if you find you can get one before 21 Jan tell me and I will butter up the boss a bit.Dont tell Markelvin and peeps who have ordered ages ago or they will prob go ape if you get on the road b4 them.:devil:
