Heey I'm new on these forums. I recently lost my 2012 500 sport in a crash and I'm looking at a 500 Pop of the same year. Is it possible to use some of the body parts from the sport on the pop like the spoiler, sideskirts etc.

It probably would be possible but by the time you've bought a 500 pop, got all the body panels to convert it to sport spec, spent the time & money doing it, you might as well buy a 500 sport in the first place, not have the hassle of obtaining the parts & lots of time fitting them to try & make a pop something it isn't. It would work out much cheaper & easier to buy the real thing. It's not like 500's are rare, you'll always see at least 1 500 in every street you would walk down

You don’t often see a fiat 500 by Gucci tho ?

I recently converted a fake Abarth back to a lounge. It had pretty much everything in the outside plus seats from an Abarth and really looked the part. Even the exhaust was Abarth. You could easily do it the same way if you feel the need.
