I have a Fiat 500 Pop 2012. I have a dent that is approximately 12 to 14 inch wide and 14 inch in top to bottom that is located in the side panel right behind the passenger door. I need somebody to tell me how to get the inside backseat panel off without damaging anything. Any and all advice is appreciated. And if anyone has any Surefire tips on removing dents, I'm all ears. Thanks a bunch!

Not done it my self but I know you need to remove the rear seats and I think the rear seat belt
typecastboy is the best person to ask with the 500

My advice is "Don't do it!" Ahhhh Ahhhh

You only get one shot at popping a dent so give it to a bodyshop and see if they can pull the dent.

1) They know how to do it, so if anyone can do it, they'll be able to.

2) If you put pressure in the wrong place on the metal while you're trying to pop the dent, you could crack the paint in the process and then you'll need a paint-job.

3) Any new crease or pimple you made while popping the dent will need to be dealt with too. If the metal gets a stretch in it, then it won't be simple to solve that without metalworking tools and some skill. Even then, this is likely to wreck the paint, even if your new crease or pimple didn't crack the paint.
