Despite what is is 'officially' certified as, I think that this a period 'Abarthisation' of a 500, and yes, it does sound very cheap if IS an original. The book "Abarth 595/695" can't be that rare--I have a copy of it! The seats dolook not original, possibly quite a bit younger than the car. and the rear wing badges are on the wrong way round---the "Campio de Mondo" badge should be on the PASSENGER side so that it is shown to people on the pavement and the 'flash' badge on the drivers side (page 36 of the 959/696 book). It has what looks like a Solex 34PBIC carb on it (but missing the correct ducting between the air-filter housing and the carb), but this carb was only fitted on the "SS" version of the 595 (as well as the 695). Nit picket I know, but if you are going to sell something as 'genuine' ALL the bits have to be correct.
