Hi all
maybe this has been floated or asked before, but in case not

Very open and maybe an interesting question:

What do you keep/store in your front boot?

Might be fun to learn what some folk keep there

Thanks

In one car there is a mass of concrete.... not sure if that is classed as what I keep in there... but it is there....

As I don't carry a spare wheel as my wheels are 13" in the wheel space i have an electric pump, Tin of tyre weld, large wheel brace, set of spanners & assorted tools. It does worry me not having a spare wheel as the spare is a good form of protection in case of a head on, although I have fitted a very strong Brace bar just in front of my fuel tank, see photo on one of my listings.
I also have an electric pump with a couple of relays, but no room for a case or shopping.
Forgot to mention i also carry a pneumatic jack

I carry a goodly selection of tools in a tool roll, a tow-rope, various hand-wipe cloths, a set of wheel-bolts for the (steel) spare, a couple of blocks of wood and a scissor jack (from a Citroen estate I used to have). The blocks of wood are for putting under the jack if I ever have to use it on a gravel/sand type surface. I too have 13in wheels, so my spare has to live behind the passenger seat---it is a 'space-saver. wheel out of a modern Cinquecento, so is much thinner than the road wheels (5.5 x 13 Cromadora alloys)

AS above spare ,jack tool kit and fire extinguisher. As you can probably guess by my name on here whilst I was competing in a stage rally my car (Cosworth)caught fire . It took the fire brigade to put it out even after using 5 handheld extinguishers to put it out . Gutted me and the car but safe. Ps I Know Phoenix is misspelt.

A standard spare wheel...……..nothing else...……..

I have confidence in my car...…….

Although whilst typing this I have noted an issue....the wheel is no good without a jack and wheel brace

I carry a fire extinguisher, a 12v Compressor, jumper cables, a bag of assorted sockets, wrenches, and screwdrivers as well as a spare set of plugs, wires, coil, assorted hose clamps, fuses, tow straps, and the OEM toolkit and reflectors. Usually when I take the car out, it's on drives that go into the 100's of km's so i found this setup puts my mind at ease :)
