Hi guys I’m new to the forum, can I have some advise so I fitted a sports exhaust but noticed it hits the body so I bought a engine lowering plate but now I have an issue with installing the engine mount as it now hits the manifold I have a 500R so same mount as the 126 has anyone overcome this issue ?

Welcome to the forum. I too have a R model. The exhaust for a R is different to other models. if you purchase one that is for the R, you won’t have this issue.

Hi thanks for the response this is strange I bought the exhaust from axel and it was listed as a for 500R in the end I ended up fitting the lowering spacer and I modified the engine mount fittings and now all ok

Strange but not unusual....
I got my Giardiniera sport exhaust form Axel as well, and the twin exhaust tubes hit the rear crossmember under acceleration/incremental speed enhancement.
A hammer and a strategicaly placed ding in the tubes cured it.
I love it, not many car problems these days that you can fix with a hammer
