As requested on another thread.
Images of 500d parts book.
Rear seat appears the same as the F/L/R model. Although can't tell if foam or spring base.
Front seats are the early type with rubber straps.

I see the rubber straps on the bottom. I also see rubber straps for sale, but I see 'wide' and 'narrow'. Which might these be?

Also, is that a canvas under the cover on the upper seat?

The reason I'm asking is that it looks like on my seats someone has put some foam, I guess from a later model seat, in the back and it makes the seat cover kind of pucker up and not look right. If I got to the bother of fixing up the covers I'm thinking to redo the seats properly. It just trying to figure out how it was originally done.
 
Looking a little closer I see there is a number 4 associated with the wrap under the cover. Is there a list that says what #4 is?
 
I don't know where to put this since I tried again and can't start a new thread. How do I get that fixed?

Mine has rubber straps and the seat has wide and thin straps the wider straps go under your bum and the thinner straps go on the bend under your knees
