Ok so after a short ride in my 1970 fiat 500 I pop the front to put gas in the gas tank and seen brake fluid. When I got home I dried it all up and you know that was bad because brake fluid eat paint and eat up my fender wells paint a little. After a little I go back out the an look and the brake line from the resovor to the master cylinder is wet again. So I dry it up again thinking it was just left over. Long story short this goes on for a few more time, and I could not see where it was coming from. So I ordered a new resovor and line due to could not tell what was leaking. When it came in I installed and drove it around and seem to fix the problem. Today a week later as the car has been parked, something told me to have a look. As I look I notice brake fluid again all over the outside of the line. I also notice the line was a lot softer and I could squeeze it a lot easier then when it was new. Does anyone know what is going on here or experienced this also.:bang:
 
Is the reservoir body wet with fluid? If so, cap might be leaking.

If only the line from the reservoir to the master cylinder is wet, sounds like the line used was not compatible with brake fluid. This would be backed up by the line now appearing softer than when it was first fitted.

Iirc, the original line was a type of plastic pipe made by Cavis (afaik an Italian Co.).

Most modern cars have the reservoir attached to the master cylinder without a hose/line so you might have been supplied with fuel hose instead? In the US, Gates is a very respected Co. and do a huge range of hoses for different purposes. Sometimes it says what the hose is suitable for in print at intervals along the hose. Make sure the hose clamps used are suitable for small hoses, full size worm-drive clamps as used on radiator hoses are not suitable, you need to get the smaller width band type to suit such small hose.

Any Auto Supply house should be able to supply suitable hose and clamps.
Check that the hose selected is suitable for the type of brake fluid you are using.

I got the line and resovor from Mr Fiat in Atlanta Georgia. I don’t see any fluid on the resovor. Here is a pic of the line I got from them. Also bought the proper hose clip to.

Those two hoses have different inside diameters; the rubber hose is 6/12mm (inside/outside) while the blue hose is 5/9mm so you need to measure the fluid bottle outlet and make sure that you get the corresponding size. Either of these hoses are suitable for use with brake fluid. Reading through your original posting it looks like you maybe have the incorrect diameter hose and this is where your fluid is leaking.
 
So it not leaking out of the , everyday I whip the line off the next day and the line looks like a mist is on the line. What is going on

This is weird.

The fluid hose looks correct, the clamp used looks suitable.

Is the hose marked Cavis? Is it a good fit on the reservoir outlet stub? To check if the hose is the correct size, measure the plain section of the outlet stub, not the bulge, the inside diameter of the hose should be the same size or slightly smaller than the stub.
Is all of the adjustment used up on the clamp, i.e. clamp is tight on the hose with further adjustment to go?

You say the reservoir is new. Is the cap new also?

If all the above is correct and it's only a mist forming on the hose, then it seems to me that the hose is in some way 'porous' ?

Original Cavis hose gave iirc zero problems until it got very old and hard, even then it didn't weep or sweat fluid.

As 'El cargador' has suggested above, can you pressurize the hose? If doing this on the car, please be very careful as Dot4 brake fluid can strip paint (you probably already know this).
