Hi guys I had a crack in the horn so I decide to try to fix it now I don't know how to put the horn back together and it's not working can someone please help me out. Thank you.
 
I can later tonight I'm not home right now but basically the horn and everything that sits inside the horn is out and I'm not quite sure how to put it back together?

I've attached a set of photos that illustrate the reassembly of the horn button.
I hope that they help.
The last step involving the placement of the C-shaped spring can be a bit fiddly.
It looks like you may need a bit of repair work on the steering wheel as well. You may be lucky enough to find one on for sale on the 'net.

Thank you so much. I just reassembled it but it must be the wiring because it was twisted.
 
Apologies for hijacking this post but the photos above are relevant to my problem

Have got an original reconditioned steering wheel for my 1970 L including horn button and black plastic surround. All the bits you would see once fitted.

Unfortunately the parts that came off the existing steering wheel are those in the above pictures and do not fit the new one.

Does the L steering wheel require L specific horn button internals ?

There is no hole in the steering wheel to pass the wire through for the button.
How does the horn button get power ?
