It's really a matter of pressures and speeds. Motorcycles deal with the same speeds and bicycles are consistently at much, much higher pressures. I don't see the concern really. I imagine it would list cars too, but cars with tubes aren't a thing anymore, so...
So far no issues with using it on a minor leak on the Fiat.
